Cherry Tomatoes in Delicate Marinade

Marinade is prepared from 1 litre of water, 1 bay leaf, 0,5 teaspoon of mustard and 0,5 teaspoon of salt.

Tomato Puree

It so happened that I had a lot of yellow tomatoes. For this reason, my tomato puree is carrot in colour.

I made 3 varieties of puree:

1. Natural tomato puree.

2. Tomato puree with basil.

The recipe:

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
bunch of fresh basil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally. When the tomatoes are tender, pass them through a sieve. Boil puree again, add salt, pepper and sugar, and mix well. Cook for half an hour. Then add finely chopped basil and stir the mixture. Boil for another 10 minutes.

3. Tomato puree with garlic

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
4 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Put into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook over a low heat for 40 minutes. Pass the resulting tomatoes through the sieve. Add salt and pressed garlic. Stir well and cook for another 15 minutes.
